DELIVERY COST

Within Cyprus: 3 Euro.  We ship with ACS at your closest ACS courier point.

Shipping to Greece: 10 Euro with EMS datapost.

International shipping: 30 Euro with EMS datapost.

Please Note:

All International and UK packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are fulfilled within 3 working days.

In some cases Delivery schedules may be delayed due to several factors not attributable to us.

  1. the product was not delivered to us on time
  2. the product is out of stock, or damaged
  3. due to force majeure cases

If any of the above occurs, we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery time, offer an alternative product, or provide a refund.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

We do not accept returns in clearance items. If an item is purchased at full price and then returned during a sales period, we will refund the item at the sale price (the price in effect at the time of the return)

We do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange your item for another or receive a 3-month voucher within 5 days of the purchase date.

The client is responsible for the parcel until it is received by us. Please remember to obtain proof of postage, as this will serve as confirmation that the item was sent, in case it gets lost in transit.

In the rare event of a fault on our part, such as a faulty product, we will offer a 100% refund on your purchase. Simply return the item in perfect condition, exactly as you received it, and we’ll take care of the rest.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We genuinely want you to be completely satisfied with your maison anna dorothea purchase.

However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Orders must be returned within 5 days from the day your order has arrived at your nearest ACS store. with their original tags and package including proof of purchase.

We are unable to accept returns on swimwear that hygiene seal has been removed. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.  Regarding our return address, please contact us at our Instragram account or by phone for further information and guidance.

We accept returns only on items that are: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached, in the same condition that you received it.
